SGS is a leading global brand providing testing and certification services..They organised a 75 Years Celebration Event to commemorate a significant milestone in the company’s journey.

The brief was to plan and execute a grand milestone celebration that would engage employees attending at the venue as well as those joining virtually. The event required professional event management, seamless hybrid execution and smooth coordination across all elements to ensure a successful celebration.

Challenges

The primary challenge was to plan the event comprehensively well in advance and align every detail with the client beforehand, so that the client did not need to be involved or concerned with execution-related matters on the event day. This required covering even the smallest and most minute details, leaving no scope for last-minute discussions or changes.

Solutions

• Conducted detailed planning and discussion sessions with the client well before the event
• Finalised the event flow, setup plans, technical requirements and branding elements in advance
• Documented and validated all aspects of execution to eliminate ambiguity
• Ensured complete readiness across teams, enabling smooth execution without requiring client intervention on the event day

Results & Impact

The results were evident at the venue, where attendees actively engaged with the celebration and enjoyed the activities planned throughout the day. The event concluded with participants leaving with lasting memories, creating renewed energy and enthusiasm across teams.

At the same time, the online audience remained connected and engaged throughout the event. This was a direct outcome of a well-curated event production approach that was thoughtfully designed while keeping the virtual audience experience in mind.
