Requirements for viewing the Video

The following are the requirements for optimum viewing of the video clips:

1. Browsers Internet Explorer 4.x or above
2. Screen resolution of minimum 800x600
3. Internet connection of at least 56kbps
4. In case the system asks for 'Direct show Plug in ', click yes the system will then proceed to view the video file.
5. If you see the video is buffering too often that implies that you are on a poor internet connectivity. The view would be hampered during such a situation, please contact your network administrator.
6. If the video has stopped playing mid-way through the webcast please refresh the page by pressing F5 on the keyboard, if the play does not resume within 60 seconds please contact your network administrator.
   

In case the video or audio is not playing inspite of fulfilling the above requirements:
You may be behind a firewall in which case you will have to contact your system administrator for necessary permissions on your network.

or

Upgrade Windows Media Player by downloading Windows Media Player Codec as per your Operating System.

After downloading, double click the .exe file and follow the set up instructions.
